A village straight from a picture book – surrounded by beautiful woods, with a church, a butcher and a farmer. But life is slowly running out, as the young ones leave and the old ones die. Which is quite a blessing for Ernst and Roswitha Schöfl, as they also work as the undertakers of the village in order to save their farm. Nobody here can live off the loan for milk and meat anymore. Then, a vegan community buys the empty village hotel and upsets the old way of life with their new spirits. Who will the future belong to?… >>>
