The grandson and his camera follow 89-year-old Nani for a whole year. When the grandfather dies, of whom Nani has taken loving and selfless care, the grandson and the cameras' gaze remain discretely in the background. By and by, they witness a silent change: Nani has now time to look back and think about age, aging and dying and to find a new life. Her humbleness and gratefulness towards God and the little miracles of life support her in these difficult times.
