A brief look at the screen was enough to know who is calling: The announcement on the display warns you who is waiting at the other end of the line. There is a brief, decisive, moment before you pick up, to consider whether it would be better to ignore the incoming call, especially in view of the fundamental question of what kind of person makes phone calls today any-more.
