The University of Bangui in the Central African Republic is riddled with corruption and misogyny. Nestor, Aaron, Benjamin and Rafiki study economics here. Like many young people, they do not want to resign themselves to the old structures. Between small work assignments, dormitories and university buildings, they negotiate the future of their country and try to secure their studies and survival.
