This is a second film. With his first film, director Abou Bakar Sidibé received a lot of attention and was an award winner at the Berlin film festival Berlinale. It was about his escape to Europe. Now it is real life; now it is the film after the film. Life has a lot more standstill, bureaucracy, lack of perspective. He is appointed to German housing in an area where there is nothing to do. The time passes while he waits. He documents further; no longer the grand story, but the cruelty of the reality he is surrounded by and in which he isn’t allowed to stay.
