The film takes a critical look at the seemingly idyllic landscape of South Tyrol and breaks with the clichéd narratives of this northernmost region of Italy. In conversations with a wide variety of protagonists, questions are raised about living together, about how people identify with “their” country and about coming to terms with the past.
