Audiovisual Performance & Party

Saturday, November 14th 2015 FROM h

The DokfestLounge is not only the location for audiovisual performances by international artists, VJs and DJs but also the nocturnal meeting point for our guests after 10.30 pm.

  • Admission: €8,00
  • (Free for festival pass holders and accredited guests)

Fruen Fra Havet (VJ)

Festival party! It's time to gather the impressions of the last days and to philosophize with the other festival guests about the viewed films and art works. As a co-designer of this year's festival trailer and with a master in philosophy, we don't want to miss the opportunity to invite the media artist and VJ Fruen Fra Havet to mix the trailer with her own footage on the screens of the DokfestLounge for the opening of the last party night.

Jonas Friedlich (DJ)

In Munich's loudest club, the Harry Klein, Jonas Friedlich likes to play his newest House and Techno discs and delights with some HipHop and BreakBeat. His latest EP, made with his band Carl Gari, captivates ears and body with experimental electronic music. Let him thrill you, too.

Phuong-Dan (DJ)

In the presumably best little club of the world, the Golden Poodle, Hamburg's Phuong-Dan regularly hosts club nights called Gatto Musculoso. As a connoisseur and aficionado of rare specialties of Avantgarde, Krautrock, EBM and old Chicago House, Dan will bring 4 days of festival to a condign and wild close.

f:p Visual Pulse Kalma, Aikia, Jago (Performance)

To celebrate the new location of DokfestLounge 2015, we invited this year the f:p Visual Pulse team.

Using the architecture of the party location Große Weinkirche as a screen, they will create a special mapping projection on Friday and Saturday, carving three dimensional realities with lights and textures on its structures and surfaces.

Flecks of light and apparent shadows, oscillation of light into matter and matter into light. Dive with us into a unique visual party ambiance!

f:p Visual Pulse is a branch of the international female:pressure network that aims to encourage, exchange, discuss and share knowledge and experience between female artists specifically in the field of video art, while promoting cross-media collaborations within the network itself.
