The film's cast includes four unlikely protagonists: the hunter and the eagle, a judoist and a border control officer. Despite their different circumstances, these characters offer us their own bodily interpretations of the constantly shifting power scales, oscillating between the states of control and submission. The film zooms in on certain gestural instances in an attempt to understand the differences between the popular notion of 'touch control' and the laden with controversy 'controlling touch', whose role is to maintain an orderly and coherent world in times of unrest.
