SIE SAGEN IMMER TERÉZIA MORA by director Thomas Henke is a film about contemporary author and Büchner Prize winner Terézia Mora. It was made in 2021 under conditions of the Coronavirus pandemic during Mora’s Kassel Grimm Poetics Professorship. The experimental film plays with the media aesthetics of our time and was initiated by Prof. Dr. Stefanie Kreuzer (University of Kassel). Footage of Mora’s readings in video conferences are visually embedded in the (everyday) context of the author using mise en abyme, and her readings are reflected on through comments from fellow writers, her editor, her agent, as well as a Kassel student and professor.
