The internet and its infinite possibilities, a digital space which is constantly changing and re-defined. A space for exchange and interaction, an archive and collection of all sorts of material, a stage and a realm that can either be interpreted as utopia or dystopia. TOUCH MY SCREEN presents six different approaches to this medium. They are examining its current phenomena, engaging in online discourses and are creating new forms of artistic expressions. This program is a call for action, an invitation to follow the stream, to analyze the web, identify its mechanisms and players, decipher its codes and most important of all, to reflect about our own position.     Nonbinary

    NONBINARY is a recording of an Instagram Live Performance. The artist features themself as their avatar applying makeup and visual algorithms to change its form. Simultaneously, the avatar performs a song addressing its non-binary gender identity which doesn't correspond to other’s perception of it. With the performance, the artist creates a new form of representation while questioning it.… >>>
