A search that will never end; a search for localization and fconnection. A search that often initiates in the body, in bodies, especially of those who have been and still are marginalized. XPOSED Queer Film Festival Berlin presents six shorts from the past festival years which focus on this search – or rather desire – for belonging and community. Herein, the body is both location of labor and act of resistance. These elements, whether formally gendered or transformed into something that is, all become part of a personal narrative where I am made aware of my gender.
