A place that was designed a while ago for work and in which people still move through the office rooms, working on their individual careers. In small sequences we observe their actions and their daily routines as they become more and more absurd and strange: very slowly. The house, too, is being watched, as are the people who are moving about it and who are optimizing themselves for productivity. From the past, the future is being worked on here and, very slowly, everything is a little like an old science fiction film; mysterious and reverse visionary.… >>>
She is almost despairing of life and then finds a new religion, which gives her a new sense of meaning and structures her day. During the night she throws secular news stories and headlines with immense force in front of the doors of other people. Otherwise, she lives with her cats, so it seems, in her own space in a prefabricated high-rise and is on her own. The film follows her in the reality that she has created for herself and in her work as newspaper deliverer, which becomes a choreography against the large headlines.… >>>

All the protagonists work in the gig economy and have quite varying biographies and backgrounds. Experiences are coordinated with one another, not assimilated, but are presented by a voice inseparably. The work, which is a work on the self and on the own body, becomes the reverberation. The figures themselves have been taken out of context, uniformly in blue, so that the film repeatedly tips between shared experience and fundamental separation.… >>>
Two young men in a city in Kosovo build a missile on the roof of an unfinished high-rise building. The vehicle will only have space for one of the two. Does it present a possibility to get to the Schengen area without a visa? How will they decide who will get to use the chance? Can one let the other go? Who will safeguard whom? And how could a future look that they both wish for? They talk about these questions while they tinker with the airship, sit together, smoke, and finally head off to prepare everything for the start.… >>>

The bus stop at the University of Virginia is a historically volatile place. It was important as a gathering place for students of color in the 1980s and 1990s. The youths, who in the film come together at this square, who dance, sing, and chat, remember the past and revive it once again. In this way, they re-stage not only the students’ conflict with the past, but, with the repetition, they also enter a type of dialogue and engage in a danced, medial writing of history.… >>>
