Kölnberg, a high-rise housing complex at the outskirts of the city, where people live, who "normal" people do not (want to) know anything about: So-called "anti-socials", marginalized for several reasons. The filmmakers break the barrier to get to know four of them. Survival artists, between 28 and 80 years of age, who face their fate but never lose their dream of change. Marked by unemployment, drugs and their effects, they never lack self-irony or community spirit. The openness, owed to the respect of the camera, is a gift for the audience.
