DokfestChannels reflects a part of our special programs of 2020 online. As live broadcasts or pre-produced contributions, discursive offers from our festival and from friends and network partners can be found embedded directly on the festival homepage. The channels are free of charge and freely accessible for the period of the festival.

The workshop conference interfiction move to the Internet (www.interfiction.org), the HHFT will take place online (hhft.info), the lectures by professionals Plaudern Praxis / PraxisDokfest will be online also, Jens Geiger will introduce the VoD platform Cinemalovers together with Mikosch Horn, Daniel Sponsel will explain his 9 theses on the future of documentary film, and the DokfestConnection offers DJ sets every night.

The DokfestConnection as the place for a get-together in the evening won’t be able to take place due to the current situation. Instead, a streaming program will be offered, which includes various music sets from Cologne and Kassel DJs.

From November 17, the DokfestChannels will successively be available.
