Future Legends

The present does not exist. In the moment experienced it has already passed away and become a future legend. Here we find past and future combined in a fascinating symbiosis: are they visions of the past, or are they in fact rather future interpretations of times gone by? In any case, it doesn't matter, since it is first through narrative that a document is transformed into a legend, a monument into an icon and images into stories. We witness how civilizations vanish, mysterious remains are explored, amazing inventions presented and new worlds discovered. A program between decay and utopia.

Abode of Vacancy

Abode of Vacancy

The work focuses on how we perceive our recently built legacy: the environments of nature and the modernist city are here both devoid of human activity or presence. Throughout the whole piece traces of nature and the city are juxtaposed, creating a tension, a drama and a dialog produced in their difference.

The Moon Goose Colony

The Moon Goose Colony

Where are the moon geese which the English bishop, Francis Godwin, mentioned in his book "The Man in the Moone" in 1603? Does this very special species still exist? Do they still remember their moon migration route or are they stranded here on Earth? THE MOON GOOSE COLONY is a poetic-scientific investigation, weaving together fact, imagination, storytelling and myth, past, present and future.
