Revision
1992: in a year with numerous racially motivated hate crimes such as Rostock-Lichtenhagen and Mölln, two Romanian citizens are shot to death in a grain field on the German-Polish border. Two German hunters supposedly mistook them for wild boars and are acquitted. REVISION reconstructs the circumstances of this act and speaks with, among others, the widows and children of the victims, who have just now heard that there was even a trial. With disturbing density, Scheffner weaves a web of landscape and memory, witness testimonies, documents and investigations.
