SCHNECKLON takes the viewer on a visual journey through the psychedelic realms of a slimy world. Decelerated but non the less undergoing constant change, the snail presents itself as a colorful changing creature. There, were the borderline between exact nature observation and imaginative play of forms start to blur, is the place, where the snail feels most comfortable. Thus, SCHNECKLON is the result of curiosity as well as an concession for the mysteries of the animal world.

Video Pistoletto is inspired by the works of Arte Povera pioneer Michelangelo Pistoletto, who aimed to realign art with the preoccupations of everyday life. Often working with mirrors, Pistoletto’s reflective art pieces allowed for member of the audience to be captured in the representational space of his work and promote art as a mediator rather than originator of concepts and forms. Oli Sorenson revisited Pistoletto’s destructive performance by replacing his mirrors with video screens, with a performance series that premiered at Popop Gallery (Montreal) and since 2015 was delivered to many art events in Canada, in Sao Paulo (Brazil) and is featured at Dokfest for its European premiere. Here the artist breaks flat panel liquid-crystal-display (LCD) televisions of various sizes, sometimes even placing contact microphones on the screens to amplify the sound of his gestures in the room where his performances take place.

Michael `Gene` Aichner, alias Genelabo, has been setting visual accents for 19 years, with unusual projections. The interplay of image, light, video, idea and technology creates impressive visual work. His large-scale installations cover spaces and buildings with collages and structures of light and change the perception of space - unique and aesthetically staged.

Pferdefreund, no one knows him, because it is one of indiscriminately many aliases of a DJ personality. Like his name, his styles also change constantly, but by no means arbitrary: always putting it straight and inspiring. The alchemist mixes his wide range of music with his sharp instinct into golden hours.
